Now that we know what a saline sonogram is, let's talk about the process and procedure! 👩‍⚕️ A saline sonogram starts similar to a regular vaginal exam, except a catheter is used to insert saline into the uterus! 💧 The procedure is considered low pain for most patients, but remember everyone's pain tolerance is different.
