Have you tried my Cioppino recipe yet? The ingredients for the soup are 2 tbsp olive oil, one fennel bulb, 1 onion, 4-5 garlic gloves, 1oz tomato paste, 16oz canned crushed tomatoes, 32oz carton vegetable broth, 2 bay leaves and salt to taste. Simmer for 20 minutes and add seafood that you like. I chose clams, mussels, shrimp, mahi Mahi and scallops.
