This new development isn't opening anytime soon. Adorable and whimsical as it is, it's not being built to code, isn't ADA compliant, and won’t open until it is. Plus, developers asking to approve unauthorized changes could set a bad precedent in town, and devalue the hard work of the design review committee. What do you think? #solvang
