This latest Magpie make was created for the absolute pinnacle of excellence, in terms of stone quality, shown in this stunningly cut 'Double Brilliant-cut' Tanzanite. While it's almost impossible to see, because the stone is so richly coloured it takes not only the eye but the camera too, this stone was surrounded by a selection of my Ice Blue Diamonds, in a sliding halo style pendant piece. Good morning Magpies. One of my latest Magpie makes for you this morning. The ring was made as an all platinum Pocket Princess style single stone ring, with pave set shoulders and the two little hidden diamonds to the underside of the main collet. Generally I keep the shanks for the to a standard width and Diamond size, but on larger stones like this it makes the shank look a lot more dainty. See if you can guess what that rather large and juicy centre stone is? I'll reveal all later with a post
