Michael Conforto had three hits and scored twice, Shohei Ohtani took another encouraging step back on the mound in his recovery from elbow surgery and the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the San Francisco Giants 2-1 to end a seven-game losing streak.

Dodgers two-way star Shohei Ohtani pitched three scoreless innings against the Giants on Saturday as he continues to work his way back from elbow surgery.

"You could see it … that different demeanor that he carries on days that he pitches," Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said.
