Bangladesh seeks the extradition of ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who fled to India after being overthrown. Interim leader Muhammad Yunus has issued an arrest warrant and aims to hold accountable those responsible for the violence during the protests that led to Hasina’s ouster.

The interim leader pledges electoral and constitutional reforms before elections in address marking 100 days in power.

In interview with Al Jazeera, Yunus, who assumed power after Sheikh Hasina’s ouster this August, also terms reports of attacks on minorities ‘baseless propaganda originating from India’.
