A man who authorities say was armed and falsely claimed to be law enforcement was arrested Friday at State Farm Stadium in Arizona — the site of Sunday’s memorial service for conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A man who was “exhibiting suspicious behavior” was arrested at State Farm Stadium on Friday afternoon. The Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) confirmed that Joshua Runkles, 42, was taken into custody and booked into Maricopa County Jail. However, DPS confirmed Runkles was released on bond.
