President Donald Trump was hearing reporters just fine until one of them asked him about federal cuts in the aftermath of the devastating floods in Texas. Trump spoke to reporters in New Jersey on Sunday after flash floods wreaked havoc in central Texas over the weekend,

The death toll from catastrophic floods in Texas reached at least 78 on Sunday, including at least 28 children, as the search for girls missing from a summer camp entered a third day and fears of more flash flooding as rain fell on saturated ground prompted fresh evacuations.

President Trump told reporters in New Jersey that he will "probably" visit Texas on Friday. "I would have done it today, but we'd just be in their way," Trump added.
