Overstock has officially relaunched the Bed Bath & Beyond domain online Tuesday in the U.S., after acquiring the bankrupt retail chain’s intellectual property assets for $21.5 million last month.

Overstock.com will transition its home products website to the Bed Bath & Beyond name after buying the brand’s intellectual property for $21.5 million Wednesday.

The judge mandated that Overstock.com explain its pricing more clearly on its website. Overstock.com said it will appeal the decision within 60 days after the court ruling becomes official.
