The firefighter fell climbing from the aerial to a ladder going into the second floor of the Arlington Heights house.

A burning building that housed an apartment and dance studio on the Fayetteville Square collapsed during a Feb. 8 blaze, injuring three firefighters.

Firefighters were dispatched at 3:52 p.m. and brought the fire under control around 4 p.m., officials said.
