I've got a question I cannot seem to locate the answer to, and I've been combing through APC's site all morning. I have a Smart UPS 700 that I "obtained" while I was overseas that is rated for 220-240 ...

My two APC SmartUPSen both buzz while the battery charges. Nothing to worry about, I don't think, it'll stop when the battery is charged.
