Even in a swampy South Florida prison, President Donald Trump had his predecessor on his mind. While touring the “Alligator Alcatraz” facility in the Florida Everglades, Trump said that former President Joe Biden would’ve liked to see him detained there.

Trump was set to visit "Alligator Alcatraz" around 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday, July 1. The Florida AG said Trump's visit to "Alligator Alcatraz" was scheduled to be livestreamed on Uthmeier's social media channels, including Rumble, YouTube, Facebook and X.

President Donald Trump on Tuesday visited the new Florida detention centre dubbed "Alligator Alcatraz", where around 1,000 migrants are expected to be held as soon as next month, surveying the next step in his crackdown on illegal immigration.
