Oasis have finally returned to their hometown to perform together for the first time since 2009 as Liam and Noel Gallagher walked out hand in hand once again for their reunion shows

Oasis fans heading to Heaton Park today have been told to expect long queues for the tram and avoid travelling at peak times. It comes after some fans were advised to walk or get a taxi from Victoria Station to Heaton Park on Friday afternoon ahead of the first gig.

Oasis are kicking off their second night at Manchester 's Heaton Park today (July 12) after their first sold-out show attracted boos from the packed out audience on Friday. Noel and Liam Gallagher have put their feud behind them to reunite for a 2025 tour, leaving fans across the world stunned.

Liam Gallagher appeared to respond to a shout from the crowd during last night's Oasis gig. The 52-year-old has put aside his differences with brother, Noel Gallagher, for the eagerly anticipated reunion tour this year.

Pep Guardiola was filmed belting out 'Don't Look Back in Anger' alongside his daughter at Oasis' first gig in their native Manchester for 15 years.

Reporter Chris Slater, who is outside Heaton Park talking to fans, said: "An eyewitness has told me that just before Oasis came on stage around 50 people tried to ‘rush’ one of the internal entrances to the gig area. They said around 10 appeared to get in but the rest were apprehended and turned away."
