NBA reporter Michael Scotto reports that Djurisic gets a three-year deal for $5.95 million, with the first year guaranteed. Djurisic, out of Serbia, spent last season playing in the G League for the College Park Skyhawks. He averaged 10.5 points, 3.5 assists and 3.1 rebounds per game.
Nikola Đurišić has signed with the Atlanta Hawks after playing last season in the NBA G League, the team announced Friday. The 21-year-old Đurišić played 32 games with the College Park Skyhawks in the 2024-25 G League season and averaged 10.
After injuries kept Hawks guard Kobe Bufkin away from the court, he made every minute count of the team’s Summer League opener, a 105-98 win Friday over the Heat. Bufkin, Atlanta’s first-round pick in 2023, had 29 points, three rebounds, three assists, one steal and two blocks in 26 minutes.
Jacob Toppin’s new free agency contract with the Hawks is a two-way contract. The Hawks had tendered a qualifying offer to Toppin making him a restricted free agent. While contract details were not immediately available, it stands to reason that he accepted his qualifying offer.
