At 11 p.m. Saturday, the National Hurricane Center issued an advisory stating that Tropical Storm Gabrielle is in the Atlantic Ocean, 535 miles southeast of Bermuda. Packing maximum sustained winds of 65 mph, the system is tracking north-northwest at 9 mph. Gabrielle is expected to become a hurricane on Sunday.
Gabrielle continues west in the Atlantic but will not threaten the United States. Interests in Bermuda should closely monitor the system.
