Family told 13News that 39-year-old Derek Sink visited a tanning bed on Friday and was found dead there Monday morning.

An Indiana man was found dead inside the tanning bed at a Planet Fitness, three full days after he allegedly entered the gym. The Marion County Coroner’s Office identified the man as Derek Sink, 39. Sink went into a tanning bed Friday,

The man's family said they hope there will be stricter policies put in place to prevent a death like this from happening again.
