One of the oldest buildings on the mile, Gladstone's Land has been trading since 1501, being a commercial hub in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town for over 500 years. Our ground-floor Café is the perfect place to hide away from the hustle and bustle of the mile for a coffee, or a cheeky sweet treat, and our three-floor museum takes you through the rich and vibrant history of the building, it's residents and the businesses they ran out of Gladstone's Land. Café - 10am - 8pm House (Self Guided) 10am - 2:30pm House (Guided Tour) 3pm Daily Get your tickets at the Café counter! Our Café is dog friendly. House is service and assistance dogs only.

Really enjoyed our visit here. You start on the top floor and work your way down. There is a guide on each floor to tell you the history and you can touch all the items inside and they are really old… Full review by Steve W
